Our appt was at 1 to swap out the radio (under warranty). We ran a few errands came back at 3:30. Thats when they started working on our vehicle. Evidently they tend to overbook appointments. My advice book early or plan to wait a long time.UPDATE: General manager came by and explained the situation leading to the delays and offered us a free oil change. I would still book early. And now we are leaving happy.
