Wonderful service provided as soon as we pulled into the service department. We were immediately greeted and directed to where to park our vehicle, When we went to the service desk, we we were warmly greeted and directed to speak with Nick, Service Dept. who shared information with us. We signed up for courtesy transportation to Cinemark so we could watch a movie while our Rav4 was being serviced. During the service, a video was sent for us to view about what was being done. We also received a text when our service was finished. After the movie, we called and the courtesy transportation immediately came to get us. The driver was so friendly and courteous. After arriving, we returned to the service desk, signed paperwork and received a copy of the service report. Hats off to the Toyota of Victoria Service Department and especially to Dick for continually keeping us updated. Also, thanks so much for providing the courtesy shuttle to the Cinemark Theatre! Well done! Take a bow!

A year ago. I had an experience, to learn from. I didn't get a second opinion on my trade-ins. And was not asking for multiple options. I felt like I was treated unfairly and not given positive choices.

So i was driving down 77 today in my 2012 Honda civic cruising, windows down, chilling. as i get to the light onto salem rd a 2021 Toyota corolla pulls up next to me, i saw that they had their windows rolled down as well so i wave to them and they didn't wave back then the light turns green and they take off at full speed with tires screeching and i see on the back they had a Toyota of Victoria sticker on their bumper and it kind of ticked me off so i follow them down salem to guy grant. i start honking at them so hopefully slow them down before they hit a group of special needs kids about to cross the street and they don't just full on blast by. i finally get up to them and get out of my car and the guy who got out was a 6'7 black man so i kind of got scared and i got back in my car and i see the group of kids absolutely devastated and then he walks over to my car and puts his hand on the top and leans over to talk to me and he says "shut yo chud mouth" and looks mad. then the light turns green i take off as fast as possible. while driving away i look behind me to see if i was being followed and they were catching up to me pretty quickly all because of that corolla power i felt helpless and terrified. he's starts honking at me and its an absolute piercing sound hurting my ear drums to the point i start crying and i lose control almost coming off the road. i turn into the heb parking lot and hide in my car i can still see the corolla. they start searching the parking lot for me in their 2021 toyota corolla they stop two cars away from me and start walking around i can feel my chudness start to shake to the point i feel like a snow globe inside my car. they walk past me and get back into their car and drive off again screeching tires. i finally took a breath, felt quite relived. so toyota can we take care of this the 2021 toyota corolla is way too dangerous to be let out on the road. thank you so much chud family.

Absolute worst dealer experience yet. I’ve purchased several vehicles over time and this was complete BS. To start I called about a certain car they said they had, told them I was paying cash have it ready no bs out the door price when we get there. we drove an hour and half to see the car they can’t find. They bring out something half the size. Then bring out one that was 10k$ more than the original one. We leave and they find the original car back and made several promises so we go back. Car was what my mom wanted so we made a deal was pretty easy. Then it all turned to crap again. They said they would detail it up while we did paperwork. 4 hours later we get to finance (again we’re paying cash you would think it would be quick and easy). The car finally makes it back dirtier than when it left, inside and out, was told a full tank of gas, it had 30 miles left to E. I’m ready to leave at this point I didn’t care. But they lost the key. Over 30 minutes to find the damn thing. The kid putting on the plates left them lose. Takes it to fill it up was gone another 15 minutes. One guy laughs and said are you mad yet and another guy offers me a bag of chips like that was going to calm me down. This Place is an absolute joke and crap show. I would drive to another state to purchase a car before I would ever recommend this Place. This review is putting things lightly. Stay far away from toyota of Victoria.

Put my vehicle in the shop to have the Lane Departure Camera checked out. Justin said no parts were needed. Second, they began to have issues with the calibration holding. Justin said being the windshield was replaced with an aftermarket I needed to purchase a new OEM windshield do to refraction. This was insane because it had worked since 2017 after the aftermarket windshield was installed and just started to having issues within the past six months. Had to get Shawn the Shop manager involved. They began to guess, suggesting the camera needed to be replaced. Per Shawn, Not for sure if this will fix the issue. This is the big disappointment. Pricing at Toyota Victoria $1,700.00 for camera plus calibration of $500.00 twice. Plus Diagnostic of $200.00. Mike Shaw Toyota in Robstown $1000.00 for camera, calibration, and diagnostic is waived if you have the work completed at there facility. AutoNation Toyota in Corpus Christi $1,200.00 for camera, calibration, and diagnostic is $89.99. Folks this is a huge difference in pricing. This is not what I would expect from the owner Ben Keating. Going to have to travel a little bit to get the car repaired. Toyota in Victoria you have lost my business.

I’d buy anvehicle anywhere else. Called about a vehicle and put in a cash offer, was told the proposal letter was being created. (It never got created) Asked the internet manager if it had any major dents or scratches or damages, he said no. I pulled up to the dealership only to find the vehicle had a HUGE dent in the passenger rear door, cracked driver window. A sales manager came out to talk and said the car was sold and that she’s been working on the sale all day. Lots of dishonesty from anyone I talked to at this place. Couldn’t trust buying a vehicle here so I bought one from Mac Haik the next morning
